These boots are crafted with DriDefence waterproof bootie construction that lets moisture vapors out while repelling snow, slush, and water. Their molded EVA fleece lined insole supports and cradles the foot for all day comfort while the foam and faux fur insulation provide cold comfort up to -25˚F / 32˚C. The waterproof gusset tongue makes it impossible for snow to slide through the laces of these boots.
These boots have been Performance-tested and certified to -25˚F or 32˚C by the Center for Textile Technology in Quebec. At Kamik they test all their products in-house to ensure they meet their strict quality standards. Then they send them to an outside testing center (Performance Testing Council Inc.) for further rigorous tests. Please remember that how you perceive temperature can also depend on exposure time, proper dress for weather conditions, perspiration and other factors.
