The Ooh La La headband is an lovely headpiece with flapper pizzazz. Elegant and unique, this black and white charmer has an electrifying green and turquoise accent feather! The Ooh La La headband is 1" wide at its widest point and has a black satin finish. Its feather design is approximately 9" long by 2" wide at its widest point. A cluster of 3 over sized black and clear crystals at the base of the feathers add some glam. This headband is hand fabricated. Available in Black(Shown)
