The Taxten, from Bailey's of Hollywood, is a Leather Panel Flat cap. It is constructed of crackled and distressed leather and boasts a 2" brim and a metal plate with a Bailey insignia on it.

Talk about a cool Leather ivy lid. Soft distressed leather and a perfect fit but whats really neat is the shape of the hat. Its not long on the brim like alot of other Ivy hats I own. Speaking of which I own about a half dozen, but this one is definately the best. Its definately a better hat than I was expecting. On the negative side I had to wait about 2 1/2 months to get it but its a fall/winter hat and I won't wear it now in the dead of summer so that wasn't a big deal. Bottom line: A very high quality hat through and through !
