Ice, from Bailey's of Hollywood, is an elegant smooth finish wool top hat. Boasting a 2 1/8" bound brim, a 5" Flat top crown, and a grosgrain ribbon band with a feather. You will definitely stand out in this classic style. The Bailey insignia hatpin and custom lining are the perfect finishing touches.
