Top Hand, from Bailey's Rodeo Rough line, is an attractive tri-colored 10X Shantung straw western featuring a 4" brim, a 4 1/2" Cattleman crown, and a chocolate 2-ply band with the Rodeo Rough logo. It also features an inner Dri-Lex® elastic sweatband for better temperature control and comfort. Unlike other sweatbands, the Dri-Lex® System is composed of four-channel fibers, which speed moisture to the outer surface and away from your skin.
