The Festival Fascinator is a playful fascinator that will make you the life of the party. This firecracker inspired headband looks great with a cocktail dress and heals. The Festival Fascinator's headband is 3/8" wide and wrapped in black satin. The feather and twisted Sinamay straw design measures approximately 6" in length and is 4" wide at its widest point. It protrudes approximately 4" out from the base of the headband. This headband is hand fabricated. Available in Topaz (Shown)
