The Nellie headband is an exquisite headpiece with 1920's flair. Ellegant and unique, this black and white charmer is the perfect for a night on the town!
The Nellie headband is 1" wide at its widest point and has a black satin finish. Its feather design is approximately 6" long by 3" wide at its widest point. A cluster of 3 over sized black crystals and a Brooch Silhouette at the base of the feathers gives it a one of a kind look that will turn heads. This headband is hand fabricated.
