Powell, from Bailey Western Hats, is a handsome 20X Shantung Straw hat featuring a 4" brim, a 4 1/2" Cattleman crown with eyelets, and a leather and hair on cowhide band with silver studs and conchos. This hat also boasts an inner Dri-lex sweatband. Unlike other sweatbands, the Dri-lex Sweatband System is composed of four-channel fibers, which speed moisture to the outer surface and away from your skin.
