| Upon placement of your order, an Order Confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent out to you at the e-mail address provided during the check out procedure. Once full payment has been received and your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a second e-mail from Hatcountry containing your shipment tracking number and all other pertaining shipping information. Most of our products are available to be shipped within 3-10 business days, but quite often are shipped earlier. However, some items are special orders and will take longer to process. If the item you have purchased is on backorder, you will receive Order Status emails periodically.
