How do I find my size?
Size Charts are located directly above the "Color" and "Size" options on the product page. Look for the text "Size Chart" and click it. A size chart specific to the product that you are looking at will pop up. Please note that sizing differs between manufacturers so check each product separately. If you are between sizes we suggest selecting the larger size.
I can't find what I'm looking for?
We are constantly getting in new stock, so check back frequently. If we don't have what you are looking for, no problem. Email us at orders@hatcountry.com. We will let you know when it will be back in stock and/or send you some suggestions including similar styles that are currently available in the color and size you need.
Can I update to an order?
Need to add an item to your order? Do you need to change the color or size? Did you enter the wrong shipping address? No worries, it happens to all of us. As long as you reach out to us within 24-48 hours of placing the order, we can help you to make adjustments provided it has not shipped yet. Email any updates to orders@hatcountry.com. Make sure you include the order number and any other information needed to update your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns & Exchanges are available for orders shipped within the last 30 days. Holiday orders between Nov. 1st to Dec. 25th are eligible until Jan. 25th. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Outlet items are final sale. Items damaged in shipping should be reported to Hatcountry by emailing orders@hatcountry.com within 1-3 days so our staff can resolve the issue. Fast shipping
We pride ourselves on delivering the items that you want and need fast! Orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. We take care to package your items securely to ensure that they come to you in pristine condition. If you need items quickly be sure to let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
Order tracking
All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in North Carolina; some ship from other warehouses within the US. We will email your tracking numbers as soon as your order is shipped. You'll be able to track your order's entire journey to your doorstep.
