Shipment Tracking Information
Upon placement of your order, an order confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent out to you at the e-mail address provided during the check out procedure. Once full payment has been received and your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a second e-mail from Hatcountry containing your shipment tracking number and all other pertaining shipping information. Most of our products are in stock and available to be shipped within 3-10 business days, but quite often are shipped earlier. However, some special order items take longer because they are produced specifically for you upon ordering. All production items are marked on their product page. If the item you have purchased is on backorder, you will receive order status emails periodically. We use different shippers for different items. Most items are shipped through FedEx or USPS, but a few of our warehouse only use UPS. All International orders are shipped through USPS. The shipping company used will be clearly marked in your shippment tracking e-mail and under your account's order history page. Packages ship from various warehouse throughout the country so delivery times may vary.
