Can I update to an order?

How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns & Exchanges are available for orders shipped within the last 30 days. Holiday orders between Nov. 1st to Dec. 25th are eligible until Jan. 25th. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Outlet items are final sale. Items damaged in shipping should be reported to Hatcountry by emailing orders@hatcountry.com within 1-3 days so our staff can resolve the issue.
